Day 1:Victoria Falls

View & walk the length of a Natural Wonder of the World-Victoria Falls-the ‘smoke that thunders’;visit a village and lunch with the locals;wander the markets & handicrafts.

Day 2: Hwange NP

Early morning drive to Hwange NP, Zimbabwe’s oldest and largest reserve,and one of the few elephant sanctuaries left;afternoon game drive to discover the vast array and numbers of wildlife and birdlife.

Day 3:Matobo NP

Enjoy an early game park drive through Hwange NP;drive to Bulawayo,country’s second largest city;arrive at Matobo National Park afternoon in time for a bushwalk;experience the spiritual hills of San Bushmen.

Day 4:Matobo NP

A UNESCO World Heritage site-explore the sacred hills and discover the early Stone Age rock paintings; visit a village-walk & talk with local villagers.

Day 5: Matopos-Gweru

Morning drive to the famous Antelope Park which is all about lion conservation;afternoon guided bushwalk through the wildlife reserve;sleep at Antelope Park.

Day 6:Gweru

Early morning incredible ‘walk with the lions’;*optional activity like ride or swim with elephants,horse riding,bird viewing fishing in afternoon or free time.

Day 7: Masvingo

Morning drive to Masvingo to World Heritage listed Great Zimbabwe Ruins;explore & wander through the ruins of this extraordinary architectural site of Africa.

Day 8: Tshipise

Cross the border into South Africa and head to the famous hot springs at Tshipise for a relaxing afternoon.

Day 9: Kruger

Morning drive to the premier safari destination of South Africa-Kruger National Park; enjoy a late afternoon game drive through the park.

Day 10: Kruger

Explore more of the national park searching for the Big 5 on a morning game drive;drive to the other side of the national park and take a leisurely guided game walk.

Day 11: Blyde River Canyon

Departing Kruger in the morning,we drive along the famous Panorama Route with its breathtaking vistas,stopping often along the way;we travel through to the Blyde River Canyon-largest green canyon in the world-spending the afternoon discovering this region.

Day 12: Johannesburg

Depart morning driving through the highveld as we make our way to Johannesburg;enjoy free time in the afternoon or an *optional activity like a visit to Soweto or one of the many museums.
